Return and Refund Policy

Benson and Brown shirts are tailored for you and for you only. Also, it is extremely important to send us accurate information and measurements that would allow us tailor a shirt that will give you a perfect fit.

In the event the shirt you receive from Benson and Brown does not give you the expected fit, and providing the measurements you sent us were accurate, you would kindly requested to return this shirt to us at our expense. We would then, at our expense, tailor another shirt and ship it to you. Indeed, we make it a point of honor to only have satisfied clients!

In the event, the information you provided us was not correct, we would not held responsible for fulfilling our commitments. Though, we would try to find a satisfactory solution to compensate your mistake.

How to exchange/return products:

1. Simply E-Mail your request to within 10 business days after your order was received.

2. In this Email, please provide the following information
a. Your full name and address
b. Your Order Number
c. The date your order was received
d. The list of item(s) to be exchanged (name and reference number)
e. The reason why you would like to return the items you received from Benson and Brown. For tailored shirts, please inform us accurately of the sizing changes that would need to be performed.

3. Upon receipt of your return request, our Customer Service Department will provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Agreement) and RMA number. This RMA number should be referred to for any further correspondence inherent to this return.

4. Upon receipt of this RMA, please ship back the items listed on the RMA to the indicated return address.

5. Please email us with a tracking number of your return.

6. As soon as we receive your return package, our Tailoring Department will process the replacement and you will receive a new tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.


As per our policy, and whatever the reason given by the client,
we will not process any refund to clients after an order is shipped! Though, we are always doing our utmost to accommodate clients and handle claims on their request.

Would an order settled by credit card be canceled before its shipment, and if client requests a refund, we would do so but would apply a USD 20 charge for processing this refund. Indeed, those fees correspond to the charges applied to us by our bank for handling a refund.

Please keep in mind that you have purchased replicas, and not genuine bags! Although our replicas are 99.9 % similar to the originals, there are still some minor differences. Otherwise we would be advertising genuine bags!

Returns should be shipped via courier at client expense, and a traceable Tracking Number should be provided to us. For quality related returns, we will offer clients a wallet of our choice in compensation of return shipping fees.

Please note that returned items are subject to final inspection before exchange will be processed. Allow 10 to 15 business days for an exchange to be processed. strives to perfection in all aspects of customer service, and we are positive you will be highly satisfied with the quality of our products and service.
